Medical Secretaries

The Medical Secretaries are the link between the GPs and the hospital specialists. They are responsible for producing all GP referrals, reports to solicitors and insurance companies and letters for patients. All our staff are here to help you, and will do so to the best of their ability. We expect them to treat you with respect and courtesy at all times, and we ask you to be polite and courteous in return. The surgery operates a zero tolerance policy against violence or abuse towards our staff. If you have any concerns or problems relating to any of our staff then please contact the Practice Manager.
